Red Tail
We are situated very close to the new Arklow mountain bike trails, and the bibbulmun track, as well as within walking distance to the Collie Italian Club, and only 2km from the town centre. We are visited by the local Red and White Tail Cockatoo at various times of the year as well as other birds and wildlife.

You will have a private entrance, and access to an outdoor patio which is perfect for relaxing with a book, or drink, or just to bird watch. 2 guest maximum for a private getaway, with breakfast included.

There is a washing machine, as well as washing powder and a clothes airer.

Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round, warm or cool.
Carport
There is undercover parking for 1 car - amenities for washing bikes or ski boats. We can offer secure parking/storage in our fully lockable shed.

A full kitchen, with coffee machine, microwave, and cooktop/oven.
Beds
Large comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed fitted with luxury sheets and bedding, as well as an electric blanket for the colder Collie nights.
